Steven “BLADE” Ogburn (B. 1957) is more than a graffiti artist, but a remarkable pivotal figure in the history of the graffiti art movement. Between 1972 and 1984 he painted more than 5,000 trains, earning him the title of King of Graffiti among his friends and peers.
